At the risk of making you hate me: From my perspective, you mostly draw 'office supplies with smiling faces and stick-figure limbs'. Your art style is good though.
Maybe experiment a little: Just landscapes, a horse (horses are hard!), some objects on a table casting shadows, a slouching person from behind sitting on a swing-set... Motives that show off that you can draw more varied stuff.

You should also try out sites in addition to Newgrounds. _Never_ put all your eggs in one basket. Check out where other artists you like upload their content. Then create accounts in those places as well (Cara* comes to mind). That way, even if some of the other places are not to your liking, you will still have alternatives.
